TO APPLY FOR REDUCED PRESS ADMISSION AND / OR PRESS CREDENTIALS YOU MUST SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:
| 1. | A letter of assignment from your editor/publisher on your media outlet's letterhead with circulation/distribution, frequency, etc. |
| 2. | Copy of publication, and/or VHS/DVD video of TV/Cable program with your name on the masthead, by-line or credits (please send only VHS or DVD, American/Western Standard video - not European PAL). |
| 3. | Contact info (address,
phone, fax and e-mail). |
| 4. | Send us any coverage that you have produced in the past and/or a copy of the publication containing your article(s); please provide a clear indication (such as page tabs) to easily locate article. |
E-Zines - E-zines will be reviewed contextually. Your URL may be submitted electronically with the aforementioned additional information. It is understood that an E-zine must meet a web traffic standard in order to qualify.
Please note: All submissions are reviewed in the order they are received. Recognition is contingent on meeting all requirements and final approval by WMC.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 8, 2013
NO SUBMISSIONS WILL BE REVIEWED OR CONSIDERED AT THE CONFERENCE SITE.
