After tenures as International Publicist, Director of International Marketing and Head of international at Warner Bros. Records and A&M Records, Kierszenbaum joined Interscope Geffen A&M. In 2005, he started his Cherrytree Records imprint through Interscope with the release of Feist's debut album "Let It Die. Since its inception, Cherrytree has signed and introduced to the world such cutting-edge artists as La Roux , Tokio Hotel, Far East Movement, Ellie Goulding, Robyn and LMFAO as well as issued the first two albums by Lady Gaga with whom Kierszenbaum wrote and produced 4 songs including Gaga's debut album title track "The Fame.
