For registered delegates only, WMC has arranged special discounted rates with our official hotel partners. Reservations must be made through the WMC Housing Bureau by faxing or mailing the pdf reservation form. Your hotel confirmation will be available within two weeks. These SPECIAL CONVENTION RATES are offered on a limited number of rooms, subject to availability – so book early. All reservations require a 4 night minimum stay. Special WMC Travel Discounts
American Airlines will provide 5% discount on air travel between March 12 and March 27, 2013. To make reservations log on to www.aa.com or call 1-800-433-1790 and use Winter Music Conference 2013 authorization code 4433DA. You can also book your discounted Avis car rental when call American Airlines for you flight.
Avis has been selected as the official car rental provider for WMC 2013. Special discounted rates are available for weekly or daily rentals. To
make reservations call Avis at 1-800-331-1600 or book online at www.avis.com and refer AWD#D001953 to receive the best possible rental rates. For your convenience you may also reserve a discounted car when you call American Airlines to book your flight.
